About Jacqui G
Descended from a family who had a long history of a business of professional cooks and bakers, is it any wonder that I inherited the “cooking gene”. Originally a science graduate and educationalist I did not venture into the professional world of food until relatively recently. Since then I have been lucky enough to work with Michelin Starred chefs and formidable wine experts. My hubby’s career forced me to live in the 4 corners of the globe eating and cooking food from Norway to Australia and Caracas to Hong Kong!

This began in the late 70’s we had to cope with a new language and unfamiliar ingredients. Thank goodness for the British and American Ladies Clubs where we passed on tips recipes and directions to remote establishments to find the ingredients we needed.
The Four Seasons Workshop Experience

Emphasis is on practical cooking, whatever your skill level we hope you will take away new ideas and offer your own tips and hints to help others:

  • Learn and dine or Learn and take away
  • Gather skills which will give you the confidence to try things at home
  • Use of fresh produce and as little processed food as possible
  • Learn about growing your own
  • Small friendly groups in a relaxed atmosphere replicating being in your own kitchen at home
  • Collect amazing kitchen essentials. With the right kit great meals make themselves.
  • Tuition and ingredients included.
